Diplomats from NATO-member states arrived in Brussels early on Wednesday morning for the second-day of the foreign ministers' meet.

Ministers including Turkey's Mevlut Cavusoglu, Poland's Jacek Czaputowicz and Denmark's Anders Samuelsen were filmed entering the NATO building with their delegation.

EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini spoke to the media as she arrived at the HQ.

"Tomorrow in Milan at the OSCE Ministerial Meeting, I'll have bilateral meetings separately with Foreign Ministers of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov and with the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin where I will definitely raise the attentions in the Azov Sea," she said.

Mogherini also said it was 'too early' to say anything regarding sanctions on Russia.

The NATO foreign ministers' meetings take place in Brussels on December 4 and 5 and will address a range of issues including the recent Kerch Strait incident, extremism in the Middle East and North Africa, the INF Treaty and the situation in Afghanistan.
