According to a report by Geek.com, on Friday, China shared a detailed photo captured by its Chang'e 4 lunar lander, offering a closer look at the mysterious far side of the moon. The China National Space Administration revealed the photo, snapped by the rover's topographical camera, in a press release. CNSA also reportedly released a new panoramic image of the far side of the moon’s topography. Geek.com reports that now that Chang’e 4 has sent back footage, CNSA aims to conduct low-frequency radio astronomical observation, surveys of moon landforms, measure neutron radiation, and detect mineral composition.
