Jack Ma, Alibaba's co-founder and chair of the Jack Ma foundation plans to improve his investments in Africa in order to harness the continent's tech potential. Speaking to CGTN'S Girum Chala, Jack Ma also said through the Electronic World Trade Platform, there was already a plan to make Ethiopia's capital, Addis Ababa, a hub for the rest of the continent. The Chinese billionaire also announced a 10 million dollar fund to support African entrepreneurs.
