Hundreds of people marched through the streets of Lyon on Saturday, to honour 10 people killed during the 'Yellow Vest' protests.
The march, which was authorised by authorities, began outside the Palais des Sports de Gerland and ended at the City Hall.
At the end of the march, the demonstrators released yellow balloons into the air and planted a fake coffin on the stairs of the City Hall, where they laid flowers to pay tribute to what they called 'victims' of the protests.
The 'Yellow Vest' movement, which started in November, was initially called in response to the French government's planned fuel tax hike. The protests quickly widened into a general expression of anger with the status quo.
