New Zealand announces lockdown

New Zealand has declared a state of emergency – including a lockdown – after a shocking spike in its number of coronavirus infections. The country's confirmed cases have risen by about a third to 205. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced the extreme measures on Wednesday saying the country "had no time to waste."
