Business Insider reports that Virginia's Governor Ralph Northam is insisting he won't go over a racist yearbook photo.
However, Northam says his lieutenant governor Juston Fairfax must leave if sexual assault allegations against him are proven.
In an interview to be aired on CBS Monday, Northam said if the accusations are found to be true, Fairfax has no choice.
Northam added that as a former pediatrician he could help Virginians heal.
Northam told CBS "This Morning" co-host Gayle King "And that's why I'm not going anywhere."
