Four people reportedly died and around 300,000 were evacuated as the Philippines braces for flooding and landslides, after Typhoon Kammuri made landfall in the south-eastern Luzon Island. Footage shows strong winds hitting a beach in Gasang on Tuesday.

According to media, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila will be closed on Tuesday until 11pm local time.

This is the 20th typhoon to hit the country in 2019.
