Powszechny theatre in Warsaw aroused controversy by opening a 'Mein Kampf' play on Wednesday, with all the dialogues taken from Adolph Hitler's book with the same name.

During the pre-premiere show for press, director Jakub Skrzywanek said he wanted to show how divisive Poland's politics has become.

"Why the hatred has entered so much into our space, our community, not only Poland - I think even more globally and here is the basic question," Skrzywanek stressed.
