The Duke of Edinburgh has voluntarily surrendered his driving license after getting involved in a car crash. CNN reports Buckingham Palace made the announcement on Saturday, weeks after the 97-year-old was involved in a crash that left a female driver injured. Prince Philip accidentally collided with another car while driving his Land Rover on a public road near the Queen's Sandringham estate in Norfolk, England, last month. The prince apologized to Emma Fairweather, who suffered a broken arm in the collision. He blamed the crash on sunlight that obscured his view and said he was "shaken" by the incident.
