Russian light-heavyweight boxer Sergei Kovalev and his British opponent Anthony Yarde held press-conference ahead of their WBO World title fight in Chelyabinsk on Wednesday.

“It is ambitions. It is clear that he calls himself a lion but for me he is just a lion cub who has too much fluff, so that I’ll have to peel his bark off,” Sergei Kovalev said.

Yarde emphasized his youthfulness and mental strength, and said “what happens on the night is what matters.”

The WBO World title fight is scheduled to take place in Chelyabinsk on Saturday.
