According to Reuters, a county in South Carolina is preparing for a deluge of water in the wake of Hurricane Florence.

Georgetown County features five rivers that flow into the ocean, which will likely become inundated by floodwaters receding to the Atlantic.

Residing along the coast, Georgetown County is nestled between Myrtle Beach and Charleston.

The county is also home to 60,000 residents who are preparing for flooding, which could start as early as next week.
