Boca Juniors’ players arrived at the Eurostars Suites Mirasierra hotel on Saturday, where their fans awaited them with flags, banners, and umbrellas in the team’s iconic colours.

Boca fans chanted and played drums outside the team’s residence as the team gears up for the decisive match of the 2018 Copa Libertadores against rival River Plate, set to be played at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.

The second match of South America’s most important club competition was originally meant to take place in River's home stadium El Monumental, however it was rescheduled and moved to Madrid due to attacks on Boca's team bus by rival fans upon its arrival to the stadium.
