Clashes broke out between police and protesters in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, on Thursday, as thousands took to the streets for the fifth week to protest against privatization laws proposed by the government of President Juan Orlando Hernández.

Footage shows protesters throwing stones and objects at the police, who responded by firing teargas canisters. According to reports, at least 25 people including demonstrators and police officers, were injured in the riot.
