It's supposed to be a gathering of friends, but at certain moments, today's NATO summit sounded anything but friendly. President Trump's rhetoric on German energy sources and allied military spending set a combative tone. Still, NATO officials insist Trump's criticisms won't impact NATO's day-to-day operations.
