Scientists in the US are sounding the alarm on climate change after logging one of the warmest years on record.

A joint report by researchers from two government agencies including NASA ranks 2018 as the fourth-warmest year so far.

It says this is leading to rising sea levels, drought and more destructive hurricanes.
