Debris was seen scattered across El Reno, near Oklahoma City, following a tornado that struck the city on Saturday night leaving at least two dead and multiple people injured.

Footage shows damaged buildings, with collapsed wooden and metal constructions lying on the ground.

The tornado in El Reno was rated as EF3, which describes the intensity of the tornado being 136-165 mph (218-256 km/h) and causing severe damage.

Significant damage and multiple injuries were also reported in several communities throughout the state of Oklahoma.
