China and the U.S. are set to negotiate again on trade in October after the U.S. imposed the latest around of tariffs on October 1. Will that change the dynamics in the trade talks? Xia Cheng caught up with Carlos Gutierrez, former U.S. commerce secretary and co-chair of Albright Stonebridge Group, on the subject and started by asking if both sides will compromise more for a quicker deal before the December round of tariffs.
