Why GM Failed In India

Over the last 20 years the Indian automotive market has grown from about 500,000 new vehicles to 3.5 million in 2018. But some automakers have struggled to make it work. Among them is General Motors, the largest U.S. automaker. GM stopped selling cars in India in 2017, after years of declining market share.
